今年も土用の丑の日がやって来ます
うなぎ四代目菊川　京都ポルタ店では、暑さを吹っ飛ばす美味しい鰻をご用意して、お客様をお待ちしております！

創業90年以上の卸問屋が目利きした鰻を、匠の技により、オリジナルのタレを重ねながら焼き上げた、極上の蒲焼きを使用した一本うな重やひつまぶし。
カリッ、ふわっ、とろっとしたうなぎの食感と甘辛い秘伝のタレが広がり絶品です♪

The Doyo no Ushi Day that Jpanese Eels Eating Festival is coming again this year.

At Unagi Yondaime Kikugawa in Kyoto Porta branch, we are waiting with delicious eel that will blow away the heat.

Unaju and Hitsumabushi are made using the finest kabayaki, which is carefully selected by a wholesaler that has been in business for over 90 years, and then grilled with a layer of original sauce using the skill of a master craftsman.

The crunchy, fluffy, and melty texture of the eel and the sweet and salty secret sauce make it a delicious dish.
